What is covered by the US TomTomWork Hardware Limited Warranty?

TomTom warrants that the hardware will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date that the hardware was purchased by you ("Warranty Period"). During the Warranty Period the hardware will be repaired or replaced at TomTom's choice without charge to you for either parts or labor. This Limited Warranty covers the replacement of the hardware only.

Shipping and handling costs related with the return of your defective hardware unit to TomTom shall be for the account of TomTom provided that you follow TomTom instructions in accordance with its return procedures.
