You can create a pre-defined status message from TomTom WEBFLEET by doing the following:
- Click on the "Objects" menu.
- Choose the object by either clicking on the object name from the main list or clicking on the object name from the objects drop down list.
- Click on the tab "Configuration".
- Select the category "Status message" in the drop down menu.
- Enter your pre-defined message in the "Message text" field.
- Select your "Notification" level.
- Click on the "Save" button.
- Click on the "Save and send all changes"
After executing this procedure, TomTom WEBFLEET will send a message to your TomTom GO via the TomTom LINK unit to add the pre-defined status message(s) in the "Report to office" menu.
