How can my driver send me a message with the TomTom WORK solution?

Your driver can send you a message by simply tapping the screen of his TomTom GO unit and selecting the icon "Report to office". In this menu, he can decide to send you a pre-defined message via the "Send status message" icon or write a specific message via the "Send text message icon". The message is then sent by the TomTom LINK unit via GPRS to your TomTom WEBFLEET interface where you can read the incoming message.
