Both the "Working time" reports as well as the "Trip" reports will show the time a certain object spent at a customers' address. For example, if you request a "Trip report (time spent at location)", it will give the time spent at a location in the column "Duration" and the location in the column "Position".

If you defined the customer's address in the address list, TomTom WEBFLEET will also show the name of the customer instead of simply indicating the address.
