There are two ways of quickly checking the position of a vehicle:

You can click on the
icon (next to the object name in the map display window).
After pressing this icon, the map will focus on the last position that
TomTom WEBFLEET has received of the vehicle. -
You can click on the
icon (next to the object name in the map display window). After pressing
this icon, TomTom WEBFLEET will send a query to the vehicle to get its
exact current position. When the current vehicle position is received,
the map will focus on this position and give an updated description of
the location under the object list.
Important!
Please note that TomTom WEBFLEET would not get the vehicle position if the TomTom LINK unit is off because the vehicle ignition is turned off for many hours. TomTom WEBFLEET would also not receive the vehicle position if the TomTom LINK unit is out of GPRS network coverage.
