WEBFLEET - Overview of operating hours
The Firmengruppe Baubetriebe Maas with its 400 highly experienced employees and the largest company-owned civil engineering-machine fleet in the left Lower Rhine region is a renowned service provider in the construction and logistics industries. Its vehicle fleet includes approx. 140 self-propelled construction machines and vehicles (including cars, excavators, trucks, bulldozers, etc.).
Since August 2004 the TomTom WORK solution has been used at Maas. With this system, the company is able to accurately and reliably register the operating hours of its major equipment. The internal machine leaser, MBM Maas Baumaschinen GmbH & Co. KG, was able to improve the results with a lasting effect.
WEBFLEET enables the company to capture and transmit real-time data which helps in making the daily accounting and preparations and guarantees the company a speedy final costing. The registered operating hours are also an indication for the scheduling of equipment tests.
