How can my driver send me a message with the TomTom WORK solution?

Your driver can send you a message by simply tapping the screen of his TomTom navigation device and selecting the icon "Report to office". In this menu, he can decide to send you a pre-defined message via the "Send status message" icon or write a specific message via the "Send text message icon". The message is then sent by the TomTom LINK / TomTom LINK 300 via GPRS to your TomTom WEBFLEET interface where you can read the incoming message.
