When you think that you have a problem with your TomTom WORK Compact solution, you should contact our TomTom WORK Customer Support. We will assist you to resolve the issue. If we suspect a hardware failure, we will try to identify what is the defective component. It is important that you provide us the serial number of the hardware to allow us to process your request.
When a hardware failure is suspected by our customer support team, we will propose a solution based on our hardware warranty policies and provide you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
When the hardware failure is covered by the TomTom's Limited Warranty, we will usually provide you a replacement unit. After you receive this replacement hardware, you need to return the defective hardware unit according to the instructions given by our Customer Support team and included in the documentation accompanying the shipment.
