When you create an order in TomTom WEBFLEET and send it to the driver with a required arrival time, a message is shown in TomTom WEBFLEET after the driver has accepted the job. This message indicates how far the driver is from the destination and their estimated time of arrival (ETA). The estimation is based on traffic rules and speed limits and is not a guaranteed arrival time. This information is included in the order message and updated in WEBFLEET once every minute or, if the driver is abroad (roaming), once every 15 minutes.

On the TomTom GO 715, your driver can see the estimated remaining journey time and knows if he is late or not. If the ETA is later than the required arrival time, this is shown in the order list in TomTom WEBFLEET. Message alerts can be set up in TomTom WEBFLEET to alert the office when a driver has arrived at a destination.
