You can create a pre-defined message from TomTom WEBFLEET by doing the following:

Click "Objects" in the menu on the left.

Choose the object by a) either clicking on the object name from the main list or b) clicking on the object name from the objects drop down list.

Click the "Configuration" tab.

Select the category "Order Messages" in the drop down menu.

Enter your pre-defined message in the "Message Text" field.

Select your "Notification" level.

Click on the "Save" button.

Click on the "Save and send all changes"
After following this procedure TomTom WEBFLEET will send a message to your TomTom GO 715 unit to add the pre-defined message(s) in the Order menus.
