Can the GO 715 also communicate with WEBFLEET when it is being used inside of a building?

Yes. The GO 715 is able to receive and send text and status messages even when it is not docked, for instance inside of a building. For this it only needs GPRS reception. This feature is useful in order to stay in contact with your drivers.
