No. Your TomTom GO 715 unit is fitted with a SIM-card with a national subscription. It will not communicate with TomTom WEBFLEET when your vehicle leaves the country. Messages sent by the driver will be stored by the device and sent when they return to their home country.
What happens when my driver or I send a message while the TomTom GO 715 unit has no GPRS network coverage?
