When switched on, the GO 715 will send a position update to WEBFLEET every minute or every 15 minutes when the device is abroad (roaming). The SIM card will automatically enable roaming when the device is outside of its national coverage. This will only work if you have an international WEBFLEET subscription. WEBFLEET will update the objects current position in WEBFLEET, but will not store this information. So the history of positions - position data - is not stored.
The position update also includes other information like the type of trip (business/private), the ETA (estimated time of arrival) and the distance to the destination if there is an active order.
The vehicles' position is not updated when the GO is not docked to the Windscreen Dock. In WEBFLEET the last docked position is shown until the device is docked again.
