Reichhart special cargo & services GmbH & Co. KG is a transport company from Gilching. Reichhart has about 400 employees and a vehicle fleet of: 200 trucks/cab units, 20 cars, 40 bulk carriers, 100 trailers/trailer units and 130 containers.
The TomTom WORK fleet management solution therefore is used on account of its accuracy and easy application. This enables EADS to monitor its shipments via Reichhart at any time. EADS has access to the localisation and with this to WEBFLEET.
Since 2000, Reichhart has also used WEBFLEET for other special transports, such as the transportation of Airbus parts. This involves transportation on European roads (Belgium, France, England and Italy), which also means special coordination and communication expenses which are now dealt with by Reichhart itself.
