Ralf Hellendahl Internationale Transporte has been providing national and international transport (to Luxemburg and France) since 2002. Hellendahl distinguishes itself by it modern fleet of vehicles with state-of-the-art safety engineering and special equipment for transporting Coilware and paper rolls.

Since August 2004, Ralf Hellendahl has been using the Internet-based WEBFLEET fleet management solution in combination with TomTom WORK telematics equipment. Since then the company has managed to halve the vehicle telephone costs. In addition, Hellendahl is now able to check driving times by analysing the trip data and can accept transports that could not previously have been accepted with the communication system that was in use before; "... Through the introduction and consistent use of WEBFLEET, the company was able to filter out the "black sheep amongst the staff". Since then, it has been possible to achieve a significant reduction in the kilometers driven and the diesel consumption. In addition, because WEBFLEET is Internet-based, it is possible to give customers access so that they can find out the location etc. of their shipments themselves via the Internet.
